Streaming services adopted initial self-regulation in January 2019. It facilitates user complaints, which sends streaming towards the direction of TV channels in India. PM Modi government had been pushing for more self-censorship. Streaming is going to more look like TV in India.

The competition between the telecom industries is going on. Airtel has come with new offers. It seems to affect the JIO fiber. It is offering OTT app access with its broadband plans. Airtel is offering its broadband plans with up to 1Gbps speeds.

Users across the globe have complained of getting messages that crash the app or freezes it. As per reports, the messages contain weird characters that make no sense. These messages are also being sent in the form of virtual cards or Vcards.

Facebook is testing a new feature that lets users View Instagram stories through the Facebook app. Only followers are able to see stories and users will be able to reply through Instagram. Instagram already has the option of cross-posting between platforms.

Google, along with an AI Deep Minds, uses historical traffic data, other information to predict data. Google noted that its traffic predictions have been consistently accurate for over 97 percent of trips. Reports also suggest that Google Maps could roll out an app-wide dark mode.
